The cornerstone of the program is the Integrated Business Project (IBP), through which student teams complete a business plan as a means of charting and managing the growth of a business. The IBP can be built around a new business (idea), an established company that does not yet have a business plan, or an established company whose business plan is ready for evaluation and updating. To culminate this experiential learning process, teams may compete for cash prizes with industry executives, including venture capitalists, as judges.
As a result of completing this MBA program, graduates will be able to create, build and manage innovative, socially responsible, and sustainable enterprises in a global business environment.
At the end of this program, graduates will be able to:
* develop an investor-ready business plan,
* present a compelling argument for funding,
* formulate strategies to be competitive in an international business environment,
* manage innovative and creative organizations, and
* evaluate the implications of applying concepts of sustainability, ethics and social responsibility to managerial decisions.
