What Makes Our School Unique

Graduate study at the Zarb School of Business offers students many unique benefits, including:

* Accessible, student-focused faculty, who are distinguished in their fields.
* Diverse areas of concentration in the M.B.A. program including Real Estate, Sports and Entertainment Management and Taxation.
* Technologically-advanced classrooms, including a Bloomberg professionally-equipped trading room.
* Excellent career services solely dedicated to graduate business students, including a career management course.
* Over 13 active student organizations, including the Hofstra Business Consulting Group and the newly-formed Corporate Social Responsibility Association.
* Distinguished guest speakers from academia, business and government visit our campus each semester. Previous speakers have included former Treasury secretaries Paul O’Neill and Richard Rubin, the “father” of mortgage-backed securities Lewis Ranieri, and chief executive officer of NYSE Regulation Richard Ketchum.

Please note the following:
* Our method for calculating enrollment and applicant data for the full-time MBA changed for the 08-09 academic year and now only includes students who enrolled or applied for the full-time day MBA program, first offered in Fall 2008. Full-time evening students are included in the part-time category.

* The Zarb School will also accept the GRE in lieu of the GMAT and the IELTS in lieu of the TOEFL
